CM Picentini

CM Picentini is a territorial project aimed at promoting sustainable and integrated development by leveraging local excellence, with a particular focus on energy transition, land protection and enhancement, as well as the economic and social development of communities. A key element will be the vocation as a ‘territory of the young’ achieved through the implementation of actions and the creation of services useful to enhance each of the components that the territory offers, in which tourism in all its forms (cultural, naturalistic- environmental, sports, agrifood) becomes the flywheel for an integrated territorial development.

The process began in December 2022 following the expression of interest published by the Mountain Community, which received the Service Project proposal from Municipia and Cisa and is currently under evaluation. The Focus resulted in the identification of 102 eligible projects, subsequently rationalized into a Matrix composed of 5 thematic Corridors: Mobility Networks and Sustainable Mobility | Energy Transition | Identity and Heritage | Territorial Monitoring, Protection and Development | Digital Transition With the drafting of the Focus Territoriale and Fattibilità, the willingness of the local community to embark on a shared journey emerged, particularly emphasizing the centrality of young people in the transformation and enhancement of the territory and the local community.
