We work alongside local administrations in the development of projects in the sectors in which we specialise, supported by professionals and institutional partners.

We recognise and detect the needs and requirements of a territory, and suggest the best project solutions necessarily tailor-made with the aim of achieving local sustainable development from an economic, environmental and social point of view. We produce territorial investment plans using European, national and regional funds.

We plan, finance and implement our Land “Smart” plans.

ITI

Smart Land Chora Velina

The Sistema Cilento Territorial Development Agency considered the I.T.I. the appropriate tool to pursue the objective of creating an integrated strategy for the development of projects aimed at repopulating the territory, nurturing the life of training centres and creating new economies

The Costa d’Oro Smart Land

The project was initiated by GALP Golfo di Termini Imerese with the aim of revitalizing the attractiveness of the area by strengthening the local social and economic fabric, contributing to the fight against climate change and addressing territorial imbalances.

Il Sole e l'Azzurro Smart Land

Masterplan "Real Estate Assets Ferrovie della Calabria"

We are collaborating with Ferrovie della Calabria on an ambitious innovative project involving the development of a structural energy plan based on the creation of several Energy Communities (RECs)

Inclusivity Village

Together with the Municipality of Serre and the Nuovo Futuro Società Cooperativa, we are working on a multifunctional space on the theme of autism in which to experiment and define new inclusive and therapeutic spatial models with a multidisciplinary design.

Support for calls for tenders and Reports

We are working with several Municipalities on infrastructure projects such as schools, sports centers, libraries, civic spaces and soft mobility systems, working alongside them in identifying and managing concessional or PPP funds
