This is why we work for the territories and with the municipal administrations: we listen to individual municipalities, stimulate dialogue and cooperation between the various public and private actors, network the necessary and desired local and supra-municipal interventions, design solutions in an innovative and technological way, and intervene in compliance with the economic-financial sustainability of the municipalities.

CONSULTANCY
Smart and sustainable consultancy

We offer an integrated and flexible tailor-made consultancy service supporting you at every stage of the process: from the pre-feasibility study to the search for public and private funding, right through to reporting. We do this by looking for innovative ‘smart’ solutions with efficient, environmentally sustainable and quality-of-life infrastructures. We always aim for economic balance, a ‘0’ budget for public administration and the ability to remunerate third party investments.

Information and support for calls for tenders

We interpret the provisions, implementing regulations and specifications of the various subsidised finance programmes for PAs at regional, national and European level.

We inform about the timing of new releases, deadlines and how to access calls for tenders.

We support in choosing the best financing opportunity according to individual needs and the project to be realised.

We assist throughout the entire funding application process: from document retrieval to the reporting phase.

RECs
Renewable Energy Communities

Renewable Energy Communities originated with the EU Directive 2018/2001 (RED II) as an innovative model of energy production and management from renewable sources, based on self-production and sharing of energy surplus among participants or feeding it into the grid. The overriding goal of CERs is to provide environmental, economic and social benefits, before financial profits, to their participants and the whole territory.

We work in partnership with a number of reputable ESCOs (Energy Service Companies) specialising in CERs

To achieve this, we support municipalities in

the process of establishing Renewable Energy Communities with public traction
the drafting of an integrated and homogeneous energy efficiency plan
the integration of grids in a Smart Grid perspective
the activation of suitable management platforms
