The Inclusivity Village project is an ambitious and necessary initiative that aims to rewrite the social inclusion paradigm and improve the quality of life for people with autism and their families. It does not merely plug existing gaps, but aims to build an innovative and sustainable model capable of generating a long-term positive impact on the territory and society, a reference hub in the Campania region and southern Italy, in dialogue with best practices in the rest of Italy and Europe.
The project is located in Serre, a Municipality of about 3.700 inhabitants in the province of Salerno at the foot of the Alburni Mountains, in a strategic position towards the provincial capital, the Amalfi Coast and the inland area of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park.
With its 60 hectares of refunctionalised area, the Village aims to be an integrated ecosystem in which diagnosis, therapy, training, work and leisure time coexist in harmony, creating an environment that fosters the personal growth and autonomy of each individual.
