LAG Como Lake

The Lombardy Region’s 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme includes the “Cooperation between LAGs” project, which involves:
LAG dei Colli Bergamaschi, LAG Valle dei Sapori, LAG Val Brembana, LAG di Como, LAG Oglio Po.

In particular, through Local Action No. 1, the Como LAG plans to:

  • conduct an analysis of the context and the community of reference, define the essential, attractive and weak stakeholders in order to build the relationship between the public and private sectors and identify optimal targeted actions to be undertaken in the area;
  • focus on the needs of the territory by looking at how people move around as a whole and also considering intermodality;
  • interview local communities about their real needs;
  • conduct a Feasibility study on sustainable mobility, defining a rational model of station-based car sharing that can become an intermodal interchange point for work, private (courses, leisure, etc.) and tourist needs.

Cisa is therefore working on:

  • conducting an analysis of the context and the community in question;
  • identifying the needs of the territory and local communities by surveying mobility needs;
  • defining stakeholders, including through local meetings, in order to build an integrated public-private system and identify
    targeted actions to optimise and integrate local transport with intermodality;
  • developing proposals for station-based car sharing for work, social and tourist needs, with a related implementation project.
