It has been a tough year: the tragedy of the pandemic, the total upheaval in the priorities of each of us, our communities and our businesses have left deep furrows, highlighted systemic failings, and generated uncertainty.
It’s been an hard year: for all of us, for the men and women of CISA who have never given up, and have even volunteered to help the citizens and businesses of many municipalities, with no timetables and no remuneration; for the administrators of the municipalities with which we cooperate, who have done their best to tackle something that has never happened before, and who have shown, regardless of their political beliefs, that they are capable of safeguarding a territory and making it cohesive.
It has been an amazing year: for CISA, which has grown in its role as advisor to public administrations and has been recognised as a qualified partner by many municipalities and territories; for the new colleagues and collaborators who have become part of the CISA family, hoping that they have been able to appreciate its spirit; for our authoritative scientific, technological and “global” partners (Arcadis, Decisio, ENI, Isinnova, Municipia, Promoest, Re-Start, Samsic Italia) from whom we have learned a great deal and with whom we have shared much more than business.
It will be a busy year that will see us focused on rebuilding, regenerating, and innovating our territories, taking advantage of the extraordinary resources, common sense and CISA’s approach to the development challenges of integrated territorial investments. It is a mission in the name of sustainability and the protection of territories that are generating new models of coexistence, new needs and, perhaps, also new opportunities for sustainable and harmonious growth.
Thanks to all of you who follow us and a deep-rooted certainty: for challenges, for commitment, for determination and … also for dreaming of a more peaceful future ….
