Smart Land Chora Velina

Sistema Cilento – Agenzia Locale di Sviluppo del Cilento S.c.p.a is a publicly owned company established with the main objective of promoting the economic, social and territorial development of the Cilento area, as well as providing essential services to the local authorities and citizens of the communities involved. 

Starting in the first half of 2023, the Sistema Cilento Territorial Development Agency launched an in-depth study and assessment phase to determine the feasibility of applying the I.T.I. tool. The result of the process undertaken by Sistema Cilento led, at the end of 2024, to the establishment of ATS Chora Velina together with Cisa Srl for the implementation of the Smartland Chora Velina project.

Smartland Chora Velina is a strategic territorial planning project that uses the I.T.I. tool to develop and implement public infrastructure projects useful for the development of the area.
Smartland’s mission is to bring about a revival of Chora based on the actual needs of the area through the synergistic coordination of needs, public interest, local stakeholders, institutions, investors and industry experts, and academic expertise.
