Technical and economic analysis of multi-storey car park in Lodi

The municipal Administration of Lodi has expressed its intention to entrust the management and organisation of parking areas, as well as the creation of a new multi-storey car park, through a Project Financing in accordance with Article 193 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, and has appointed Cisa as its Advisor to provide support during the Concession award process.

Specifically, Cisa is therefore responsible for:

• analysing the economic elements of the project and the investment parameters;
• structuring the simulation of an Economic and Financial Plan useful for evaluating the candidate Project Financing proposals;
• providing support during the definition of the Project Financing procedure and the functional elements for the public tender process.
